His arms wrap around himself and he's shaking, snuffling, on the verge of tears again what a crybaby! and it's hard to see the message at first, through blurry eyes. One claw moves to shakily grasp it, fumbling with it, and he almost drops it again as a finger hovers over the keyboard.
